Liza Minelli and David Gest’s wedding is still counted amongst the most expensive wedding of all times. Their marriage lasted for a mere 14 months. David went on to put allegations against her of physical abuse reciprocated by Liza through an allegation saying he drugged her. They fought in out through a legal case and eventually got rid of each other.
Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown’s breakup
Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown’s wedding is another such case. What not all happened after their marriage. She let cheating, scandals, controversies and alcoholic habits trouble her until she finally left him and walked away with their child. Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton had tabloids covering their beautiful stories of romance, especially while shooting for their movie Cleopatra. After 10 years of their marriage they felt they’ve got enough of each other and called their marriage off. They went on to marry each other again which also did not work calling off the marriage yet again. This proved they were just not meant for each other.
Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinge breakup
Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger had their dose of bitter verbal allegations too against each other after their marriage. They both knew it was just not working so they called it quits deciding on mutually who shall take custody of their daughter. This fueled the sparks and Alec blamed Kim of turning their daughter against him and blurted all of it out in a voice mail message. This made matters worse and they finally split ugly.
